Liked: Jo & Team were brilliant - very welcoming and lovely hosts. The breakfast was fantastic 10/10 ! Room was clean & tidy - plenty of hot water for showers. The off-street parking was a real benefit. I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be returning.
Disliked: Nothing !

Definitely worth visiting.

Liked: Lovely guesthouse Jo was friendly and helpful. Situated in a lovely quiet area, only 10 min walk to shops and restaurants about 15 to prom.Room was clean with fantastic views from the double aspect windows, especially the view over great orm.

Disliked: Cold room breakfast room was cold sat in there for ten minutes before anyone came in wasn’t offered choice of toast of any allergies as coeliac
