Good hotel, great value but...

Liked: Everything with hotel was good - clean, comfortable room with good facilities and friendly staff. Great location for reaching everything but has it’s downside - see below.
Disliked: Unfortunately some of the other guests were incredibly noisy, drunk and rude and we got a terrible nights sleep. Realise the hotel can’t predict this and we did hear some staff trying to deal with it but it went on for quite a long time. It’s the party part of the city so bear that in mind if you want a peaceful sleep! I wouldn’t stay there on a weekend again but weeknights seem ok.
