Liked: Spacious, well-appointed accommodations that were better than described. Lovely, responsive staff. Easy parking. Loved having options for places to work/read/take calls.
Disliked: Couldn't turn off the heat, no matter what I tried, which made it a little hard to function. I wish they had an app to simplify check-in and communication.

Liked: We traveled to visit family. Hotel was so convenient - 1 block from our son's home. We enjoyed the facilities.

Great apartment style living!

Liked: It was fantastic for apartment style living for a few days. The real plants were a great touch and I loved the cozy bed as well. Tons of natural sunlight too.
Disliked: They charge you in full ahead of time even though when you book it says “pay at property”. Parking is also $25 a night just FYI for an outdoors lot. There’s not many bells and whistles. There’s a coffee maker and soap but I wouldn’t recommend this place for someone looking for customer service and hotel-like amenities.

Excellent Staff! Our room was...

Liked: Staff was amazing Nasir & Jah. I believe those were the gentlemen names. Also, the Mgr (female) on duty Sunday morning, unfortunately I forgot her name, All three of these employees deserve a promotion!! It seemed as though they never left. They definitely were working overtime!
Disliked: Once I checked out, I noticed my credit card was authorized twice for incidentals. Which was a total of $500. So I have two pending charges for $250!! Very upset about that!
