Disliked: The room smelled, and they made 1 bed wrong. We had to remake so it could be slept in. Says daily room cleaning, not 1 time in 3 nights.

Liked: I did not have cell service on the Apache Trail and I wasn't sure we would be able to check in by 5:00pm. I tried calling twice, but had no service. Soon after, I got a text from the Park with my key code on it!! Made me feel at ease instantly!
Disliked: COFFEE ! Asked for extra coffee at check in because I'm a coffee girl. Coffee maker did not work, so I had to walk down to the bar and pay for a cup of coffee. : (
