Very bad, never again

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Charged me 10 euros for being late oncheckout which is 11. They said we have informed but they dont, when they called me in room phone we immediately left. Everywhere in the world, checkout time is 12. Why should ı know your time policy. No kinder channels in tv. Very inpolite desk officials.

Disappointing.

Liked: Good location - access to public transport and Prater park, cafes etc. Friendly reception staff. Good variety of breakfast food.
Disliked: No Available kettle. 16 Euros a night for kettle is ridiculous. 4 Euros a cup of hot water!!!! Small room not big enough to lay bags out. Unhelpful restaurant staff - took ages to settle bill. Food in restaurant apart from breakfast is very ordinary. Even though rooms were ready we weren’t able to get in until 3.

Disliked: slow check in system; asked 50 euro for early check in; loft bed in my room, whereas nowhere on my reservation it said that; asked 50 euro for the iron and board, which I had to carry to my room myself, was not told that it was supposed to be returned within an hour, so I did not and hence they refused to return the 50 euro deposit; restaurant so-so, staff poorly trained.

Liked: Clean and modern. Good location.
Disliked: Stingey on small things. Had to pay for boiled water. No kettle in room. Expensive meals.

Liked: It's a very clean hotel, most of the staff is nice
Disliked: We stayed there for 3 nights and our air condition was not working the whole stay (over 30degrees and like a Sauna in the room). We told them many times, they tried to help but seemed like no one could fix it and no other rokms were available...When we checked out we asked for a compensation...like free breakfast etc...all they could offer us is email them...what I did twice and I never heard back from them...but they promised us they'll fix it somehow...
