It was awful!
Liked: Interior design, the room.
Disliked: The party in the bar that did not end before 3am. I couldn’t sleep and changed the room because of the noise during the night.

My stay at Roomers was...
Liked: The hotel has a luxurious ambiance and offers quality facilities. The bars are well-managed with an excellent cocktail selection, the gym is clean and well-equipped, and the spa experience was outstanding.
Disliked: Despite the hotel’s luxurious ambiance and quality facilities, the service and room maintenance were unacceptable. I found stains on the sofa upon arrival, and while housekeeping responded promptly, such oversight is inexcusable. The air conditioning was faulty throughout our stay, and despite multiple reports, it was never properly fixed. We were also unprofessionally interrupted in the mornings by staff asking if we were checking out, which was both disruptive and frustrating. The only compensation offered at checkout was free parking, which was wholly inadequate given the numerous issues we faced.

Disliked: I hate the attitude of the personnel. I stayed in the hotel just for one night because it doesn’t suit for the families especially on the Saturday evening I guess when all type of prostitutes and druggies running around the lobby. Corridors and elevator are dirty, there was a smell of sewerage in one room with the bath. I’ve told the manager the same evening upon arrival that we’re leaving next morning. I’ve paid accommodation, breakfast and drinks I’ve had before departure. Three days latter hotel charges me for 2 more days I’ve not stayed with them. Although they’ve sent me the wrong invoice first and then corrected it. At the moment a week later there’s no money in my account returned from them and management keeps saying that they’ve done everything right. They must be living in some parallel reality
