Sad room with no light

Liked: The location is great, plenty of restaurants and shopsnearby
Disliked: The room was quite different from the ones I saw on the pictures: no natural light and a “window” showing up a dark square stuck between walls with trash and electrical gear so you never ever see the light. The bathroom was worn off and every time you take a shower the water gets everywhere since it’s just a curtain that separates the shower space from the rest of the bathroom. The second day; no hot water. The bed was tilted so I was ending up on the edge of it several times a night. People are very loud constantly when they get in/get out even though au was wearing earplugs. Overall very pricey for the experience. Maybe if you book a dorm it’s so much cheaper you get what you pay for, but regarding the private room, definitely a no for me.
