Liked: I have already been here 4 years ago and I remebmer that stuff was really wellcoming and pleasant. The receptionist Sergio was so helpful and nice, that I have no words. You just enter the hotel and then Sergio was so pleasant and welcoming that you already know that the trip will be amazing. Also during breakfast the concierge who is always there makes the breakfast amazing since he is so pleasant and nice. I think two of them are the reason to come again since they make the stay worth it. The location of the hotel is amazing, close to metro and all touristic spots. Perfect place! Also bed was super comfortable! It was really clean room. They changed towels daily and make the room.
