Superb

Liked: Excellent location by the opera house and very near to gran via, plus a 20 minute walk to the Art galleries. The breakfast was worth paying for with a good selection of food. Very nice staff.
Disliked: The room was a little small.

Comfortable stay at the Room...

Liked: The location was great as it was in middle of city centre and the hotel rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was limited and stone cold ( eggs/veg) The coffee machine would dispense coffee grounds in the coffee. Once the food was finished such as buns/cheese it was not re-filled so the choice was limited. There was not enough tongs to pick up veg and non veg products. Also, I witnessed a kitchen staff touch foods with her bare hands. Over all we found the breakfast options not so appealing.

Excellent first visit to the...

Disliked: Very friendly staff, quiet, nice breakfast ,excellent location and good value for money. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Taxi service on the door step too!!

Liked: The location is very convenient (approx. 3 min walk from Opera Metro station). Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is big enough with everything you need (minibar, kettle). There is an elevator, so no problem with the luggage

Perfect location!

Liked: We have stayed at a Roommate hotel before, hence we chose another one from the same chain. Roommate Mario is perfectly located, close to everything there is to see in Madrid, and if not, the metro station is with in a few minutes walk. Room was very comfortable. Staff very friendly, one of the reasons we chose this hotel chain.
Disliked: Breakfast I found a little bit scarce and lacking a bit of attention as for example re-filling cereal jar, but still, we were not left hungry at all.
