Great location horrible reception manager

Liked: The location is amazing, the room floor was stained and the carpet smelled bad. Very bad experience when checking out because the hotel made a mistake from their side and made excuses about a breakfast issue which I paid for but they wouldn’t apologize for their mistake. Horrible ending to a trip and would not recommend this place ever again and wouldn’t stay there because of the reception staff especially the manger who was super rude.

Comfortable stay

Liked: Great central location. Surrounded by great shops and restaurants. Breakfast is good. The hotel is
Disliked: There is a sound that is so loud from the ceiling coming from the drains/ pipes ( i guess when the upper floor clients use their toilets or showers ) Especially in the middle of the night, most of the time it made me jump. Rooms are not sound proof as you can hear people passing by or talking along the hallway.

Liked: Perfect location in the heart of Gran Via, the room was clean and we had a view of the Gran Via from our balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful.However, we didn’t like the bathroom setup, as it was open to the room without a door, which lacked privacy.

Liked: There was a lot of building work going on which we had not been made aware of but staff were very helpful and gave us a lovely room. Rooms are compact but have everything you may need. We loved the funky decor
