Excellent location and lovely staff

Liked: Location was excellent and staff were very friendly
Disliked: The room was nice but the bathroom door was a sliding door and it was very difficult to close it.

Disappointed - not as advertised,...

Liked: The hotel is close to the shops, the cathedral, lots of bars, cafes and restaurants.The room was comfortable and clean and the shower worked.The breakfast was perfectly adequate and was refilled regularly.
Disliked: We paid for 2 x executive rooms close to each other. What my husband and I got was a standard room with a small tea/coffee tray with cups barely big enough for 3 mouthfuls.Our friends got a similar sized room on the other side of the hotel which was very smelly due to there being a problem with the drains, which the hotel staff had tried to cover up with air freshener. Our friends had to complain to the hotel staff to get them to change their room as the smell was unbearable - which they did. However we were in reception the following day and other guests were complaining about the smell in the same room No. 213. Obviously the air freshener was not working.The hotel advertises that they have parking, as do many hotels. But it is public parking nearby that you cannot reserve - with VERY small parking spaces.How did this hotel get 4* as there is no bar or restaurant - except for breakfast?

Loved Granada. And would choose...

Liked: Very central for our needs. Quiet. Was looking forward to using the pool, but unfortunately the weather was against us.
Disliked: Good selection at breakfast. However the hot food was not hot, barely even warm to be honest, so avoided after day 1. Lots of other choice though.
