Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is very centrally located, yet quiet. The design of the hotel and rooms is made with an exquisite taste, the staff was nice and polite, and the buffet breakfast had a great variety of choices.
Disliked: Liked everything.

Super recommended!

Liked: Perfect position in the city centre, very helpful and prepared staff.We had the suite which is very wide and comfortable. In addition, the staff prepared the room earlier than the check in time to accommodate us, since our daughter was sick and we needed the room asap… thanks again
Disliked: Breakfast could be improved, the offering is quite limited if compared to similar hotels, but overall still acceptable

Dont book this hotel if...

Liked: - The location was central and extremely convenient- The rooms very small but still nicely done- The staff was courteous and always smiling - They communicated about the parking well and we were able to park our large van 1.9 mts in the nearest parking garage.- Breakfast was decent but could be better
Disliked: - We booked this property only because they claimed they had a heated pool. I even had communication with them about the pool temperature (see attached chat conversation) and they lied about the water temperature. Even though it is outdoor if you have a heated pool to 30 degrees it will not feel like 20 degrees. When I asked the staff about the actual temperature they said it was heated to 25 degrees but it feels cooler due to the outdoor temperature. I understand this but they should not lie about the pool being heated to 30 degrees like they stated because you cannot enjoy the pool if the water temperature is 20 degrees. I requested them to turn up the temperature nd they said they cannot do that. The staff did not even consider my request just stated point blank, no it cannot be done. Had we known beforehand the pool will only be 20 odd degrees we would not have booked this property in the first place.- The rooms we booked (executive) was also very small and felt very cramped
