We need to talk about...

Liked: Although the song in the movie #Encanto said " We don't talk about Bruno", I have to talk about it: everything was perfect. Very comfortable beds, spotless, and the location was wonderful, just a few minutes walking to the metro and tram station. The staff were very helpful by providing us connected rooms which gave us much freedom with our kids. And the atmosphere at the foodhall was wonderful. There is also a supermarket just across the street where you can find anything you want. If I'm ever to go back to Rotterdam, I'll definitely stay in Bruno.

Disliked: Bed was hard, the paring garage was not very well accessible and very expensive, you can better use the nearby Qpark.Breakfast was very good but very crowded

Disliked: I don't like the open bath style and no real door to the toilet. No complimentary bottle of water in the room
