Liked: The staff were kind, friendly and very eager to help. They made reservations for us and helped us make appropriate plans. The location was great. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent!
Disliked: Our room looked into the air shaft, into other hotel room windows, and had only a dirty blind for privacy which was broken and didn’t work. The staff had it repaired for us for the second night. The room was stuffy and hot and we couldn’t adjust the temperature.

Disliked: General maintenance at the room . Flooding from other rooms, mattress smell so bad , extremely tiny room , absolutely no space to hang clothes.

Liked: Great central location, staff friendly, room service a plus.
Disliked: Too nosy but my room was over the Main Street. Lots of street noise in the early hours. Bathroom was part of the main bedroom rather than separate. Fine for a solo traveller but not very private if sharing.
