Great option in the heart...

Liked: This hotel is fantastic and perfectly located in the heart of Madrid's historical center. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is impressively large and well-equipped. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Madrid!
Disliked: I was disappointed with the breakfast experience. The restaurant area felt dark and uninviting, the food was underwhelming, and the space often appeared messy and not well-maintained. I expected much more attention to detail, especially given the hotel's standard.

Convenient Location

Liked: The hotel was located near the key points of the old ftiy, and we were near a Metro stop. Our room was quiet and there was an adequate amount of storsge.
Disliked: The lobby was rather tired. The furniture has seen much better days. There was a courtyard, but it was rarely open.

Great hotel in the best...

Liked: Location perfect. Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. The area is full of character and there are plenty great places to eat within a couple of blocks.The breakfast was very good. We decided to have breakfast in the hotel on each of our 3 days' stay.
Disliked: The music at breakfast was too loud, and the type of music more appropriate to an evening bar than a breakfast room.
