Liked: Nice and spacious room with a small balcony.
Disliked: Breakfast was really disappointing. No fresh bread ! Nothing fresh. Yes you get the cheapest cheese in your fridge but no bread. Yes the host sends you instruction on how to cook eggs but there are no eggs..

Liked: The accommodation was comfortable and very clean. The beds and pillows were soft.The breakfast was delicious.The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great appartment near the Bologna...

Liked: Did a little tour around Italy, staying at the same types of accommodation and this was, by far, the best one. Nicely decorated, modern and spatious room with a super comfortable bed and a nice balcony. Communication was on point too. Would recommend.
Disliked: One would expect a pre-prepared breakfast. Heads up - you need to get it done yourself.

Liked: Everything that is included in the room was indeed available. Location wise, it’s not in the best neighborhood but 10 min walk away from central station and has a bus stop right in front to take to the touristical locations.The room was clean and tidy, there was also a continental breakfast.

Liked: The host is very polite, communicative and respond quickly. He sent us the self check in instruction with clear steps beforehand. The room is very clean, spacious and super quiet despite located in a big street. We had a very great stay at their property and it’s also very convient to access the train station. There are supermarkets less than 1 min away, amazing restaurant (Trattoria di Via Serra) 3 mins by walk.
