It’s now my favourite hotel...

Liked: Everything. It was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. The room was massive, so was the bed and the mattress was so comfy. The bathroom was equally large and was luxurious. The spa was so relaxing, with the jacuzzi, pool, sauna and steam room (and the towels were very fluffy!). We used the gym and they had cold towels waiting outside in a fridge which was a nice touch. We had food in the bar both times and the service / food was really good. The breakfast was delicious and clearly used high quality ingredients. Just gutted we were only there one night. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

OUTSTANDING AND UNEXPECTED

Liked: THE SERVICE FROM EVERY DEPARTMENT WAS FANTASTIC. THE WELCOME, HOTEL AMBIANCE AND FACILITIES WERE ALL GREAT. THE FOOD WAS EXCEPTIONAL AT DINNER ESPECIALLY.THE ROOM AND BED WERE VERY COMFORTABLE.
Disliked: A LITTLE MORE CHOICE ON THE BUFFET AT BREAKFAST WOULD BE BEEN WELCOMED.
