Liked: As we arrived, the hotel’s exterior was stunning, resembling a castle, and beautifully decorated for Christmas, which immediately set a magical tone for our stay. There was ample parking space, and we felt at ease leaving our car in such a secure spot.Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by the loveliest receptionist, a friendly blonde lady who made us feel welcome right away. To our delight, she informed us that our room had been upgraded—a thoughtful gesture that started our visit on the perfect note.Our room was spotless, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made for a restful night. The highlight of our stay was the pool and sauna. We were fortunate to have it to ourselves, and the area was immaculately clean, making it all the more enjoyable.The green area at the back of the hotel was a standout feature. It’s a massive, pet-friendly space, perfect for a peaceful stroll and a wonderful chance to breathe in fresh countryside air—a much-needed escape from London’s hustle and bustle.
