Liked: The Spa - a treat The location and surrounding area. Staff all professional, but bar Staff extra attentive and friendly ! Bravo
Disliked: Menu Perhaps because Christmas .. was a little over complicated. But minor comment not criticism . Strange smell in corridors and food trays left out too long in corridors

Liked: We had a pleasant stay overall. However, I was disappointed to be placed in the newer part of the building, as staying in the original building was the main reason I booked this hotel. The room was mediocre and not worth the room rate. Very dull, though the bed was comfortable and very clean. The spa was pleasant - breakfast was excellent with a great variety.The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful, and lovely.
Disliked: The room - not worth the room rate or stay. Felt like I was in a nursing home.

Relaxing stay.

Liked: The property was lovely. The suite was really nice and comfortable. We both got treatments at the spa which we really enjoyed and we had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious and a great wine pairing.The staff made the trip excellent and the way we felt looked after was exceptional. When you stay at a 4-5 star hotel you expect the ‘VIP treatment’ but are so often let down; but not here. Everyone went out their way to look after us.Will definitely stay again.
