Good location but unsafety

Liked: The location was close to many places, but the back of the hotel faced a neighborhood that didn’t feel safe. The breakfast was average.
Disliked: The room is very small, and the area feels unsafe in the evenings.

Liked: Friendly staff, good location for accessing metro and attractions, good size room and bathroom.
Disliked: Minor thing but prefer a solid door on the bathroom, rather than a slightly see through one.

Great experience in Barcelona

Liked: The hotel location is great - it is virtually at the border of Gothic area of Barcelona. Many tourist attractions are at walking distance. For example, the Cathedral of Barcelona is in 15mins, Catalunya Square - 14, La Rambla - 11. For father trips metro station is in 5 mins.Our room was good. Big enough and clean. They tidy up the room on daily basis and we always had everything we needed.The breakfasts were rich and yummy, they also have the bar open in the evenings where one can have tea or coffee without need to go out.
Disliked: The floor in the shower cabin is very slippery especially when while taking the shower the shampoo or shower gel is not yet complely washed out.The closest cafe (or restaurant) which is around the corner is quite noisy in the evening by very late hours. This can disturb sensitive people.
