Liked: Overall was a comfortable stay. Cocktails in Bar downstairs were awesome.
Disliked: The lighting in rooms could be little brighter.

Liked: Very close to times square and subway stations. Coffee and breakfast basics at affordable prices for New York. Comfortable and spacious rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well.

Spacious hotel rooms, great ambiance...

Liked: Beautiful hotel, the rooms are very standard but the cafe downstairs has all your coffee needs. The rooms came with a steamer which you never see! The rooms are also spacious too, it was nice to be able to spread out! Shoutout to Chris who accommodated us when we arrived early from our red eye! Easy walks to Radio City, 30 Rock, Drew Barrymore show, Central Park and broadway shows. The hotel also has a piano bar which was so fun and we loved it.
Disliked: Everything was great but as a warning, I blow dried my hair with my Dyson which apparently triggered something that showed we were “smoking.” My mom and I explained we’re non-smokers but we’re blow drying our hair. The hotel had a print out of the exact time and date it was triggered and when we explained that we had never smoked a day in our life, the manager was so nice and reversed the hefty charge for us. Just be careful if you are actually a smoker, this hotel may not be for you.

Liked: We loved the warm and efficient staff, beautiful and comfortable lobby areas, the great Neighborhood Cafe for morning coffees and delicious pastries, and our spacious and well-appointed corner room with an excellent walk in shower.

Great location, great staff, nice...

Liked: The staff was welcoming and very nice. The room was a decent size and it was clean. The location was perfect for our needs.
Disliked: Our room was located behind the elevator. Through the night we could hear people getting on and on our floor etc. That noise was only outdone but the sound of our room fan/AC. It was really loud. Like, plane engine loud! We should have asked to move rooms, but to be honest, we were always too tired at the end of the day. Sooooo, we will claim that as our fault - for not asking to move. They should probably look into for other guests though.
