Disliked: The balcony was in a disgusting state. Black mould all over the walls. Paint work different colours.

Overall a good hotel if...

Liked: Excellent Location. Plenty of cafes and shops nearby
Disliked: Next to main road, very noisy. Family suite is very small. But inline with European standards.

Nice stay, but ripped off...

Liked: Stayed for 3 nights - very good staff, enjoyed the stay, all well until we returned home and we were overcharged by €204 - Bookings wouldn't help and said we needed to deal directly with the hotel for not honouring the prices we got on line. The hotel firstly said it was a pre-authorisation issue when I rang and it would be back to us in a few days. 2 weeks later no sign of the money, emailed and was told it was all settled, they even gave me a receipt for €612 even though they had debited €816!A month later - still no money and I have to pay the credit card to avoid interest payments on top.CHECK YOUR BILL VERY CAREFULLY!!!!

Beautiful hotel in a perfect...

Liked: A lovely hotel with a very nice breakfast, we really enjoyed our stay there. It’s perfectly located a short walk to the Colleseum and the Trevi fountain. The only issue we had was that the bathroom didn’t have a door which wasn’t ideal with adult children

Liked: Good locationI had some problems with the internet and the staff tried to help me.
Disliked: I chose the hotel because it's location and also because I had to work and wanted to have some comfort. In the first day there was no internet in my room and it was a hassle.The hotel is very expensive and I wasn't expecting to have a problem like this.The staff was very good, tried to help me as much as they could, Ibrahim was a great help but the problem persisted until the next day and I had to change rooms.

Family friendly hotel with a...

Liked: Modern hotel, tastefully decorated and in walking distance to the main attractions.Friendly and efficient staff. We were travelling with a tween and a toddler who were well catered for and made to feel so welcome. Decent sized family room, and a small balcony with amazing views. The compact roof top terrace was an added bonus Great selection at breakfast with some variety each day. Lots of vegetarian options and we enjoyed trying all the little pastries. Our kids loved the 'kids corner' with lots of fun sized crackers, juice cartons and biscuits
Disliked: We had an issue with slow drainage and a blocked sink but this was swiftly remedied

Disliked: I was given a price through bookings.com, after we left and got home, I checked my credit card to find we were charged over €200 extra. I spoke directly to the hotel and they said it was a preauthorised amount that would be refunded but I’m still waiting 2 weeks later.
