Liked: The hotel is beautiful. The room was excellently appointed with very comfortable furnishings. The location is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Liked: The location was good. Staff very friendly and capable. The towels are white soft and fluffy. Really nice roof bar with ambient music to relax.
Disliked: Very dark decor. Room has insufficient lighting to do hair & makeup. Mould in the shower although it is large and modern. Noisy aircon in room. Very flat pillows. Awful view from room window. No coffee machine in room. Breakfast was lack lustre.

Disliked: We got told off by the staff on our first morning because when we came for breakfast there wasn’t any room . The staff member handled it really badly .

Liked: On October 18, 2024, we got married in Rome, and we chose this hotel for this beautiful and unforgettable occasion. They fulfilled all our requests and shared in our excitement. They offered us celebration treats multiple times and truly became like family to us in Rome. Thank you!Additionally, the hotel’s location is wonderful; we didn’t use any public transportation.
