Liked: The facility was big and situated on a hill so we had the view of the city, has a beautiful garden surrounding the facility. I booked a suite that came with a sofa bed for my daughter so the space was adequate, the bathroom and toiletries were amazing and well designed. The decor is what was expected of a 5 star, the staff were ok except in the Resturant serving daily breakfast buffet the food was amazing and the selection was fantastic, the Resturant staff were very welcoming and caring.
Disliked: The furniture is a bit worn out and old, the reception staff were not the friendliest , the location is bad and despite being far from the city and having literally abundance of parking on hotel grounds they wanted to charge us 35 Euros per night despite being guests in the hotel. Didn’t really like that and I think parking should be complementary for guests in the hotel just like other 5 star hotel chains, especially being at that location where it’s not close to the heart of the city.

One of the best ways...

Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were also very nice, and the cleanliness was top-notch.
Disliked: The hotel isn’t the best place to explore central Rome, but they do offer a shuttle that goes to and from the center several times a day. The food in the room service was really good, but there was an 8€ charge for each delivery.
