Fun historic property in a...

Liked: Beautiful historic hotel. Great bathroom. Excellent location. Christmas decorations were beautiful and the mezzanine was a great place to meet and play games.
Disliked: Dated decor in rooms. Worn towels and robes.

Liked: The room was spacious and more luxurious than we had become accustomed to when traveling in Europe. The hotel was in the heart of the city but in a location that was quiet.
Disliked: Unfortunately we couldn't eat in the restaurant either night as it was fully booked for large holiday parties, though the person who checked us in simply said the restaurant was "full".

Liked: Great location. The hotel has a wonderful old world atmosphere. We found all the staff to be very helpful and informative.
Disliked: Not a criticism- but it would have been lovely to wander into a bar area and enjoy a drink after enjoying the beauty of Lucerne.
