Pleasant

Liked: Cozy hotel with a wonderful restaurant and very nice staff. Free parking for guests. The boats to Murten and Neuchatel stop nearby
Disliked: It was too hot in the room even at night (we were there during hot summer days), there is no A/C, nor fan. No insect nets on windows so we had mosquitoes in the room all night and one huge spider. Mattresses in one of our rooms were a bit old and uncomfortable

If you want to stay...

Liked: Hotel staff were welcoming and wonderful! Dinner at the hotel restaurant (reserve in advance) was marvelous in all respects - food, wine, staff -not to be missed!

Liked: The location and architecture of the hotel was beautiful
Disliked: I don't think it is a romantic hotel. Our room was very small and not big and comfortable enough.

Traditional & comfy hotel with a huge outside pool & yummy food.

Liked: Very large room, with comfy beds & a clean bathroom, the hotel even has a huge swimming pool which is the village pool (opened to outsiders for a fee). Breakfast room is traditional with stylish wood panels & an antique stove. Breakfast is awesome, with nice local specialties & the option of kitchen cooked dishes.
Disliked: WiFi connection was spotty.
