Liked: The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Good location.
Disliked: The hotel is located on a busy street. I slept one night in a room facing the street. Even with the windows closed, I felt the annoying noise of cars from the street. I spent the next two nights in a room overlooking the inner courtyard, which was more comfortable and noise-free. I booked the courtyard side room but it was not included for the first night. I was not informed at the reception about the strikes in Rome on the last day of my stay, which could have resulted in me missing the flight. The hotel does not have an iron. The flush in the toilet was incredibly loud.
