Being accused not paid in...

Liked: Good location, near theater and cathedral
Disliked: I prepaid when I booked through Booking.com. However upon my arrival, I was told to pay. They finally figured out. Same with breakfast. I was told to pay breakfast when I paid a room with breakfast. She was told I paid after she called someone on the phone. It wasn’t pleasant to be asked to pay every time!!

Dertiest ever, I started doubting...

Liked: Just the location, staff were ok too
Disliked: Even after changing my room to a cleaner room, it was Unbelievably Dirty, broken walls and ceilings and furniture. There was stains everywhere. I don’t know how this place rated 8.8 for cleaning

Liked: Super friendly staff, breakfast buffet and available resources at the hotel such as personal essential items you could have forgotten at home and snacks.
Disliked: I like the cleanliness the hotel staff keeps, very well kept. Although, there is a scent they put at the reception in the afternoon/evening that is very strong. It made me a little nauseated. Its a nice smell but if they decrease they amount they put it, it would help tremendously. The hotel is starting to look a little out dated, maybe some small remodeling to the hotel will make it look nicer.
