Very poor

Liked: The room was not comfortable and we had to cancel the booking. My money for 2nd day also didn't get refunded while I was confirmed for one day refund.

Helpful staff

Liked: The staff are friendly and helpful. My daughter had a noisy night with little sleep in single room 132 but was promptly moved to a quiet room once she let them know.

Ok, But just OK

Liked: Needs updating inside… very tired including the bathrooms. For the price, I was surprised at home basic and dated the property was.

We had a really enjoyable...

Liked: Room were good size, staff was very friendly and helpful, there was an onsite bar and restaurant, and the breakfast was excellent.
