Liked: The room was warm and I liked the wooden sliding shutters.
Disliked: Although room was warm, I couldn’t control the temperature. Some d the decor/carpet in the corridor was shabby.

Liked: Traditional , maybe in need of a bit of TLC, but independent and not like the chains where you feel like you could be anywhere. Clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Good value for money & in a convenient location for us
Disliked: A bit tired …and the shower needed 2 of us to figure out (I’m a frequent traveler so…)

Liked: All ok, as expected. Polite, efficient and helpful staff.

Liked: Property is well located in Stevenage and easy to find. The property is presented well and clean. The room is basic but requires all the needs you would require for a short stay over. The room was very clean and laid out as you would find in a well known named hotel.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Location. Places to eat in walking distance
Disliked: My daughter was locked in bathroom. There were no handles on either side if door. Access control to outside door didn't work meaning we were locked out. There seemed to be very little concern about how poor/dangerous this was.

Disliked: Windows didn’t close properly so room was absolutely freezing even with two radiators
