Disliked: Paid more then what was quoted when I booked onbooking.com. $7.95 was quoted 127.27 and ended up 147.13.

Disliked: The guy that checked me in made me pay cash to keep from paying pet fee for my registered service dog. He said if I paid cash he wouldn't charge the pet fee because the room I booked online was not a pet friendly room. Which both request are illegal per ADA.

Liked: My toilet didnt work which left my bathroom floor soaked, nobody answered the phone to assist. I had to book another hotel just to take a shower. extremely disappointed
