Liked: this 8.8 rating of yours was a ridiculous guideline and shows you do not verify your ratings. This was a disappointing result for us and if we hadn't arrived so late we would have declined the room. Had to try two rooms to get a room to stay in.
Disliked: EVERYTHING WAS DUMPY.

Liked: The customer service was great
Disliked: The room I was sent to wasnt up to standard. It was spider webs all around the ceiling. After walking back to front desk the attendant instructed me that the cleaning staff was not finished cleaning the room so he politely moved me to another room.

Disliked: I reserved a non smoking room. But after telling them I had a service dog, I was told that only smoking was available. After showing them papers and demanding our room we were given one that needed repairs.The room smelled and was not clean

Disliked: It was unsanitary and I did not feel safe. The furniture was broken up. The place was dirty inside and out

Disliked: The sheets had stains and burn holes in them, did not have the room I requested, paint was chipping off the shower walls and floors, the air/heater unit could not keep a constant temperature and rattled. The office is locked and no breakfast offered

Disliked: The toilet was dirty in the first room, the phone did not work in the 2nd and third room, the odor got increasingly worse from room to room, and I finally cancelled the reservation, received an immediate refund, and left.
