Won’t go back

Disliked: Room was dirty. Heater cover was on floor off heater. Very dingy. Bed very hard

So I got charged $70...

Liked: Yes I didn't like me told me that I was dirty left the I have popcorn on the floor so they didn't like that at all so the following night I went to stay there again and I went and I booked my room and then I got there and he told me to leave I'm not I'm no longer welcome there what type of people are these it was like 30 below they're really rude inconsiderate and heart heartless cold cold as ice
Disliked: I'm going to better Business bureau on these people that is not right it's inhumane disrespectful and just that's a business what how f****** rude wow and then I paid $70 and got nothing what a joke the things are non-refundable dude was just a prick

Liked: Not good the rolls where expire by 2 months staff was hard to find when checking out place is undown no one ever shoved the entrance way out the snow was over my 6inch high boots
Disliked: Get new management

Tv difficult to get reception....

Liked: Recliner in room
Disliked: Window was partially open. Wouldn’t close entirely

Disliked: Pillows could be better, cold cold milk for breakfast and maybe some proteins

Great room for 1 night...

Liked: The property is located right next to CSB and we were there for college family weekend so it was perfect!
Disliked: Only bad thing is the decor is out of date. But honestly I didn’t care about that because the room was very clean, the bed was firm but comfortable. Pillows are very lumpy, but I always bring my own so I didn’t notice. Air conditioner worked just fine. Strong smell of air freshener when entering building, but not in actual room. Front desk staff person was very nice.
