We drove 5 hours to come to the Bijou Theater in downtown Knoxville and had reservations at the Sleep Inn North. The staff was very helpful in making the stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. It was much appreciated.

Disliked: The information regarding the hotel, was inaccurate. It said there was breakfast, There was no breakfast offered. There is no coffee maker, 1 bottle of shampoo, no hairdryer, 1 full size bath towel, and 1 washcloth. I tried to call and get more towels and inquire about a hairdryer, however the phone in the room didnt work. The bed was comfortable, so if you are just looking for a place to only sleep, it would be fine

Disliked: Front desk staff mentioned they were about to go to the bathroom as I was checking in which is fine, but then they were upset and did not believe me when I was only in the room for 30 seconds and found bed bugs. I did not stay

Disliked: The room didn't even have a phone. The place was very much in need of some TLC they provided ONE towel for 3 people. The TV had one channel with very poor quality picture. No breakfast the pool hadn't been opened in years according to the person at the desk.
