Bad

Disliked: Terrible customer service and awful stay. We arrived at 10pm (confirmation on website they are open at this time), no one was there when we arrived, called multiple times, ringing bell at service desk for 20 minutes, we were about to leave and book another hotel. A lady finally checks us in (who had obviously been asleep), tells us we are on level 3 and the elevator doesn’t work. We carry our luggage upstairs, the card she gave us didn’t work because she didn’t activate it, we go back downstairs and tell her, she corrects the issue so we return upstairs again to our room, open the door and find a cleaning cart in our room which was still dirty. We go back downstairs again to tell her, she issues us a new room, so we go back upstairs and the key card doesn’t work again!! So we go downstairs and tell her she forgot to activate the card again - she reactivates the new room card so we finally get into the new room which had a connecting door to a neighbouring room, we felt unsafe as the next door neighbour was very loud and the whole place had a terrible stench of weed and smoking. We had to go back downstairs and tell her we want the original room back (even though it wasn’t clean), we had to move the cleaning cart out of the room ourselves (no help was offered). The room was dirty and the shower only had cold water. I’ve never written a bad review before it my life but this was a terrible experience:Terrible customer service and awful stay. Disliked: No towel on bathroom, hair on floor, not what expected.

Booked rooms at this disgusting...

Disliked: Where do I start… first it was a very HORRIBLE mistake in booking rooms in this Hotel ! The restrooms were dirty !! Water all of the floor the restrooms smelled horrible ! The elevators didn’t worked once we walked in the hotel there was a bad smell we walked into the rooms it smelled the bathtubs were stained there was a spider in the bathtub the whole place was sketchy the carpet were stained the window screens were broken we were there for 10 minutes … we checked out !!!! I didn’t felt safe to stay there DO NOT STAY at this Hotel ! Its disgusting !!!

Liked: It was surprisingly quiet for as many vehicles were in the parking lot, and the rooms are a good size.
Disliked: The location looked a little sketchy at first and there isn't anything other than a gas station or Starbucks within walking distance but it was definitely worth it at the price point and peace we got.

Liked: The staff were very nice, I have no complaints with their friendliness and welcome. However, oh my lord that property needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The fridge did not work, the lights did not work, the shower looks like it has soap scum from the 1800s, they had no linens in the room. The windows on the 3rd floor open completely, so, look out below, i guess?. Although, the bed was pretty comfy. So, if I was paying 50-60$, sure, I'd know to expect this type of stay. But to charge over $100 per night for this property? Come on guys.
