Needs a very large renovation!

Liked: The gentleman that was in the lobby the morning we checkedout was very nice and professional. The continental breakfast was nice.
Disliked: When we got into our room we immediately found that our toilet was broken. The seat slid all over and the flushing mechanism would just spin in circles. Often throughout our two night stay, the toilet would run for hours! We had to fix the toilet ourselves. The room was dirty. Hairs everywhere. Wallpaper peeling up in the bathroom and flooring that looked like it suffered from water damage. The air conditioning unit was super old and when we tried to use it, the unit was super noisy.During our two night stay the hotel never attempted to replenish any of our soap, towels, coffee or sugar. Nothing was done at all.When we first entered the room there was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door from a previous guest.While making coffee in the room there was no sweet n low but only white sugar. When we tried using the sugar it came out in chunks of crystallized sugar. No idea how long it had been there but it must have gotten wet and was never swapped out by housekeeping.There was no entertainment options. No movie channels. No guest directory which may have shown us some entertainment options. There was nothing.Lastly, while gathering our belongings to check out, I touched the alarm clock and it fell apart. It is the only option for additional plug ins for the room, so to have the clock fall apart left wires exposed and it become a major safety concern. I put it back to its original condition but it is a fire hazard as well as a danger to anyone in that room.
