It is no frills, inexpensive but in a lovely and quiet, safe residential neighborhood. The proprietors were very nice. Breakfast was basic but sufficient; for a low cost, last minute reservation I couldn't have asked for more.

Disliked: Room was cold. I had the thermostat set to 72, and I don't think it was close. we keep our house set @ 68, the room was not that wrm.

Liked: It was cheaper than another hotel in the area. Was in walking distance of everything. It was a great value for what we paid.
Disliked: We were there in a snow storm. They never plowed the parking lot.
