Disliked: The fact that there rude and can’t speak to manager didn’t stay there

Liked: Pool was green no breakfast and we didn't have tables lamp was on the floor .door didn't lock

I left after one day...

Liked: Close to LEGOLAND
Disliked: Amenities, cleanliness. Toilet didn’t flush properly. AC unit was dripping all over the floor.

Liked: I canceled the day of booking due to the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that I thought they had free breakfast because we were staying for two weeks. We canceled and was told we would be charged a two day cancellation fee. They took the whole amount of 3300 and will not return any of it.

Disliked: There was wires hanging out of the walls we drove 12 hours and got stuck down there no light fixture with wires hanging out the wall no in-between the bed table with wires hanging out there and the door was definitely broke into before you could see day light through the large crack in it the guy at the desk was rude and they will not give you a refund “because he’s not authorized” he had no other rooms he said but the guy that was there in the morning said other wise we went back because the guy said come back in the morning and talk to the manager the manager wasn’t even there

Liked: This is the 2nd time that I am being charged for a room that when I get to hotel front desk on valentine's night and last night the hotels tell me there isn't a room reserved. No confirmation. I shower them the receipt and confirmation#. Them they raise the price last night raised it 250 deposit wasnt no where on app or on Rodeway website. And they told me $178, for 1 night. I'll never use booking.Com every again and I've used it for years. This is the 5th time this has happened. But 2 months in a row I get to go to hotel 1x month. I want my money back I was there cooking took my money didn't do reservation
Disliked: I'll never use BOOKING. COM EVER AGAIN. I'LL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND CO WORKERS WHERE THE COMPANY IS ALWAYS TRAVELING AND STAYING IN HOTELS. WELL USE TRIVAGO OR ANY OTHER. THERE'S 7 WORKED THAT HAD HAD THE SAME PROBLEM
