Overpriced by 200%-225%, but staff...

Liked: The staff were not empowered to actually fix what the issues were, due to budget and upper management issue (owner/ investors not having/ allowing budget to exist). But, they were kind and did the best they could.
Disliked: German Cockroaches in sheets in INSIDE pillow cases, Bed Bugs, Sink plumbing hanging down (improperly plumbed, I’m a home builder so I’m aware of what is necessary). Light fixture above sink doesn’t have a cover/ shroud, so the led’s that were installed are CRAZY bright. Lamp was tattered, torn, stained, bent. All furniture scraped, flaking, torn, degraded, etc. Toilet needs either new flange or bolts in the floor. Tons of Sheetrock cracks, poorly done mud jobs, door doesn’t close 20% of the time due to a bent latch plate from a break in some time ago.

Liked: That place should be knocked down on everything....the rooms are real fuccn bad,the sheets had blood stains on them,it smells like mold is growing in there...but over all I wouldn't let my dog shit 💩💩💩 on the carpet period....08-30-24
