Disliked: I reserved a king size room and was given a double bed room. The bathroom had hairs all over the floor and the tv wouldn’t work

Liked: I like that the breakfast bar attendant, Miss Geraldine was kind and the area was clean and inviting.
Disliked: The rooms were ok. My non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes, no blanket, just sheets on the bed, one washcloth in the bathroom for 3 guests, tv worked but cable wouldn’t come on, lots of partying and loud commotion all night. Upon check in, couldn’t find a front desk attendant for at least 15 minutes. Called and knocked on doors. No sign posted saying he would be right back. Employee said he had to manually enter our credit card information even though the credit card machines were on right in front of us. Front desk attendant was rude when asked why we wouldn’t just swipe or tap the card to pay. Confirmed with staff the next day that credit card machines are working just fine so he may have been trying to scam us. Got his picture just in case.
