I was pleased with how clean the room was, however, added points could have been gained if you the hotel had gone the extra mile, and include cleaning the windows as well. Also, maybe I should have checked when I made the reservation, but there was no iron/ironing board, or hangers to hang your clothes. I considered it odd that they were not supplied when every other amenity was offered. I would come again.

Liked: The bed was very soft and comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean.
Disliked: No carpet, which is understandable. The entire place was sparse. There was a burned out car directly outside the motel. Parking is kind of awful.

No working carbon monoxide/smoke detectors...

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Staff failed to fix non-operating carbon monoxide/smoke alarm after I reported it during the day. I returned at night told the staff that nothing had been done and it wasn't safe. Staff member told it was fine said it was fine. I told them that if there is carbon monoxide or a fire I could lose my life. They moved me to 2 more rooms each without working (or unattached) carbon monoxide/smoke detectors. Staff insisted that the detectors were fine but I pressed the "test" button and there were clearly no batteries in them. I spoke to their manager on the phone-- he aggressively asked me what do I want them to do about and if I don't like it I can check out in the middle of the night. Completely unacceptable. These people do not care about your safety and they don't deserve your business. I had to go to Home Depot to buy a carbon monoxide and smoke detector to get through the night. Other problems-- BURNED-down car on site and no privacy bolt on the room door.
