I was pleased with how clean the room was, however, added points could have been gained if you the hotel had gone the extra mile, and include cleaning the windows as well. Also, maybe I should have checked when I made the reservation, but there was no iron/ironing board, or hangers to hang your clothes. I considered it odd that they were not supplied when every other amenity was offered. I would come again.

Fairly inexpensive, rude staff and...

Liked: It was one of the cheapest hotels/motels on Colorado Street. The room was clean enough and the bathroom was the nicest part, seemed renovated unlike the room. Everything was in working order. The wood floors were better than carpet.
Disliked: The staff was extremely rude and did not care at ALL about anything. The sink didn’t drain well, the windows were very small and the beds weren’t very comfortable. The ice machine was in the parking garage, and you had to pay a quarter for ice. There was not enough parking spaces, and parking on the street outside was sketchy as there were homeless people walking around. I wouldn’t say it was necessarily a good value considering it was far from old town/downtown Pasadena but there were grocery stores and gas stations nearby.

Liked: Solid 8.5 out of 10 for what it is and the value.
Disliked: I tripped on the flooring, exiting the elevator. Some of the boards need to be replaced. Parking is kinda tight here also.

Excellent facilities at an affordable...

Liked: The interior of the rooms exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are excellent. Furthermore, the hotel facilities are being remodeled. Excellent facilities at an affordable price.
Disliked: The outside can look a little strange.

Liked: Room was spotless, sheets fresh, towels clean. Everything I needed are in the room. Fridge, microwave, electric iron and nice toiletries. Safe parking, lift working.
Disliked: The noise next room when they use the hair dryer, it was loud.
