Liked: We were refused entry when I refused to allow the clerk at the front desk to scan my driver's license. I told him he was welcome to examine it, but could not scan it into the facility's computer. His reply was to tell me to find somewhere else to stay. This was after making a reservation, providing my credit card, and driving nearly four hours.
Disliked: There is no legitimate reason to require guests to have their driver's licenses scanned. Doing so puts guests at a tremendous risk for identity theft. Why would any company do this, or condone practice of this "policy" by franchise holders?

Disliked: The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and we couldn’t sleep well. After traveling extensively and feeling completely exhausted, we were hoping for a good rest, but the bed kept shifting, and the mattress seemed very cheap, making it difficult to get proper sleep.

Basic cheap stay

Liked: We like that it is the least expensive place to stay very close to our intended visit with my mother, and also is very close to plenty of retail everything.
Disliked: The key cards do not always open the door, even when they work electronically, causing a green light to display. The only way the door opens is by finding staff to open it with a physical master key. During our most recent stay of 3 days, our door never opened with a key card. Cell phone reception is also terrible in the building. It's nonexistent in the 2nd floor rooms and spotty in the 3rd floor rooms.
