one night stay in hot...

Liked: The hot tub in the room and a delicious dinner at the Gateway Grill located in front of the hotel.
Disliked: The shower was not working and the bathtub was old and dirty looking. The knob to turn it on was clearly broken. We had to wash up in the hot tub. When reported at check out we were told that you just had to pull it hard which was a lie. If my fiancé couldn't pull it then nobody can. He's a big, strong man who carries refrigerators down steps by himself. Compensation offered was a discount for the next time if we wanted to stay again.

Liked: The price.
Disliked: I had an incident where I called for housekeeping ( at 11Am). They were supposed to come change my linen, so I pulled everything off both beds. Came back from work.Nothing was done. The front desk told me I'd have to wait until the next morning. My husband, child, and I slept on only mattress covers without anything else. He offered me 2 towels for blankets for 3 people.They literally could CARELESS. This experience was very upsetting. The establishment had roaches. I did record it for proof. I did let the establishment know as well.
