Kitchen was huge and stocked. Room was great. Had a long day, this was a great place to crash and spend the next day!

Liked: It was close to Rice University and walking distance from some food.
Disliked: Super dirty, mice, cockroaches. Stains on the towels and sheets. Bugs found in bed. Smelled like smoke. The service was very rude, tried to charge me even though I already paid. Did not offer any accommodation or refund after a rodent got into the banana and protein bar I brought.

Liked: Nothing. The receptionist wanted cash for my daughter and I to stay. I refused had all receipts and still refused our stay. Agreed to sort in morning as it was late night. Very frightening when alone with chil being threatened with nowhere to stay unless I paid cash. The room was utterly disgusting, holes in walls, chipped paint, spills on walls, dirty sofa, filthy bathroom, two tiny dirty towels. I cannot explain how awful this place is. We slept in our clothes and pushed sofa against the door as we were scared. We checked out at first light, handed our keys in and verbally cancelled the next two days. We have not received a refund for 2 nights we didn't stay and we have been abandoned by booking.com we could not get through on any emergency numbers to booking.com and received no help or support. My husband in England had to email and get help. Do not stay here.
Disliked: Everything, do not stay here and do not book with booking.com they will abandon you and leave you stranded.

Liked: I was overcharged twice and had to pay a third time at hotel. Still have not been refunded my overcharge. The agent on line at booking.com suggested the hotel refund me back the amount $63.83. Have not received. The hotel was old the. The tub was rusted, the bed was very uncomfortable. I was charged $70.26 twice when making reservation. Have not yet to receive refund. No one has contacted me.
Disliked: Rusted hotel uncomfortable bed and room not up to date
