Only stay here if can’t...

Liked: Cheapest rate in the area but all hotels in Haines City are pricey.
Disliked: Run down; hotel needs a lot of upgrades or a massive remodeling.

Liked: nothing
Disliked: Room smelled of stale smoke, burns holes in blankets, towles were grungy and thin, sugar ants on counters.

Very good

Liked: Big room, big shower.
Disliked: No breakfast but coffee was some of the best I had during our stays at hotels.
