Waste of time and money,...

Liked: From the shuttle folks telling us the wrong way to go get to the shuttle to a very slow check-in and terrible directions to our room , the whole deal was FUBAR! Then, the room was dirty , laundry was on the second floor railings and the “free” shuttles were over-booked by the time we got to the hotel. The whole experience should have been something the folks were ashamed of, but they were not. Not to mention the fact that the toilet bolts were either broken away from the floor or missing.

Liked: We had dinner in your restaurant. Very good. The breakfast was delicious. The shuttle from the airport and to the cruise ship was spot on!

Ideal hotel for airport and...

Disliked: Staff misinformed us of location of hotel Airport shuttle pick up. It was a 2 hour long disaster! At last they ordered a Uber for us.
