Disliked: Took forever to answer the door to let us try to check in and then you have to be buzzed out to leave the front office. I wasn't comfortable with that set up. I booked online but when I got there he told me he didn't have what I booked for available. Wasted my time.

Liked: Staff was only seen on check in. That was ok though. The location was close to the event we were going to attend though, so that was ok
Disliked: Clean but Not clean. Hair noted under the bedsheets/mattress pad only after we were checking for bedbugs. We did check for bugs when we first got there, but my daughter had bites on her by day 3 and I didn’t. So we just rechecked and there were questionable areas that looked suspicious. We checked out early

The location was terrible because...
