Poor

Clean and all but staff...

Liked: Everything was clean and enjoyed the coffee and facilities in the room. However they should regularly replace the coffee pods
Disliked: The receptionist. The staff. They don't know anything about customer service. First of all, I wanted to check in and gave the person my name and passport, he told me that he found the booking and my card was declined. I've checked and the booking was paid and confirmed through booking.com and money taken from my account already. So basically tried to charge me twice. I had come a long way travelling and I was tired so didn't want to argue over it , he eventually found the booking after I've insisted but that experience with the receptionist was really bad and made me regret staying there

Disliked: Almost everything, we had zero housekeeping until the day before we left, the bed was hard, not much of a blanket, 3 very very thin pillows. We had to go to the office to ask daily for towels, wash rags and toilet paper. If you drink coffee I recommend bringing your own stuff including coffee pot, the bathtub had rust stains, there were roaches (weed) laying all over the property,
