Disliked: I’m a Choice member have been for years I have been using this property for my medical appointments in state every three months for the last four years I have never been charged a deposit but I was this time last it has s dirty and trash everywhere so I will be finding myself a new place to stay every three months when I come in for my appointments ….thank you

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The carpet was dirty, the chair had burn holes and some disgusting stuff on them, the shower caulk had mold in it, an outlet didn't have a cover on it, and I could go on. It was not like the photos online. I also had an issue in the morning when I locked myself out of my room and the office said they would open at 8:30 but there was no one there. I called and called and no one answered. I even called Choice Hotels who called and got no answer. I found a lady that was living there and she took me to a workers room who finally got the office lady up and out of bed at 9:20 so I could get back into my room so I could get on the road.

Disliked: Wasn't a late check out. Got charged $20.

Not good not coming back

Liked: It was cheap
Disliked: My partner and I got a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes and the walls were also dirty, as well as the bathroom sink being dirty and the water from the sink not draining we did not feel comfortable showering either cause the shower was also dirty. There was a trash bag outside of our door as well. Will not be coming back here.

Disliked: We got locked out of our room in the evening and continued to have key issues so one person had to stay in the room in fear we would get locked out again.Then someone was fixing their car next to ours, we were blocked in. Also no WiFi was told not sure why WiFi doesn’t work

Liked: The manageress was very good about our feedback and decided to refund us so we could find an alternative accommodation for the second night.
Disliked: It was so dirty. We arrived late in the evening, it was dark already so we needed to just check in as fast as possible. We had two young daughters with us also and we were all very tired. We were asked to provide a 100$ deposit which was not mentioned upon booking the room. The room was filthy. Carpets were dirty and not vacuumed. One bed was missing sheets and the other had dirty sheets on. There was no smoke alarm. There was no toilet paper or towels. There were bugs everywhere and not all the lights were working. Property was advertised with breakfast but no breakfast was available. Probably for the best considering how dirty the whole place was. We stayed one night but when my young daughter found a questionable blue pill in her bed, we decided to check out early.
