Stay somewhere else

Disliked: Pink bathroom tiles , poor cleanliness, rug looked dirty

Worst I have ever stayed in! Avoid if at all possible.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room was really small with a queen size bed. I was bitten by what I think we're bedbugs or fleas. There was nothing good to say for place or staff.

Disliked: Swimming pool was closed not working for last 4 months.I would have never book there.

My #1 expectation is that any hotel room is clean. Especially the bathroom. This room was not. If you can not clean a room properly I will not trust you feeding me! I'm referring to the quick start breakfast. The pool was not in use. The free internet wasn't available. If your standards are low so should your price be! Then I know I will get what I pay for.

Disliked: The room was dirty. Pool was not open, water level was a foot below filters. There quick start breakfast was scary. If the bathroom of the room we stayed in was dirty I did not trust them with food! The free internet was not working.

Decent room for money might be better to stay in winter time

will not ever stay here again, did not like this place at all.

Liked: it was a place to sleep with no bed bugs.
Disliked: requested king, got queen, the air was broke in first room and when asked to transfer they had to call a manager for approval first then moved to another queen knowing we needed a king and would not upgrade us. the breakfast was horrible choices.

The hotel needs a lot of work done on it. The ceiling in the shower had a hole & you could see where it had been patched poorly. The repairs that were done weren't done properly. Cleanliness could be better. It had a drop ceiling that had a dis color around the edges that could be cleaned. The price and location were great due we had a funeral to attend. Being from the military I've slept in worse places. The location is great, it's right off the freeway and has a fast food place to get something on your way out of area. With some updates to this hotel this would be an excellent place to stay.
