Liked: Location to Vassar College was excellent.
Disliked: The room was stunningly run down. Very 'crime scene' feel, but overall was clean. Some smell of mold. Clearly, no investment into upkeep in what seemed to be at least 20-30 years. Everything worked though. It was a $-- room for $---.
