Disappointing

Disliked: highly disappointed . i got there and the man at the front desk ignored me for almost a whole minute straight while just standing there in front of his computer . i got a non smoking room and it stunk like smoke , there was crickets and a condom on the floor , i tried asking the lady for help on how to open there remotes to change the batteries cause it was different from any other hotel remote and she was useless . i had an ignorant neighbor who next to me the last 2 nights who were up for 3 hours both nights having s*x VERY loudly , it was so disturbing ! definitely don’t recommend this place .

Liked: We had a handicap room. It was set up well with assist devices and a large room.
Disliked: Walked into a non smoking room- freaked if cigarettes. Outside the door people were just hanging out smoking right outside our door. Shared the room with several different types of insects. In the bath tub, in the restroom and in the room in the walls. Carpets had stains like a crime scene.
