Modest, comfy room + good...

Liked: Spacious room with very comfy beds, good lighting, and nice shower with good pressure and lots of hot water. Coffeemaker, mini fridge and microwave all well appreciated and clean. Fast-working heater and nice full length mirror. Quiet property despite its location on busy street. Parking right in front of room. Helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: Pet-friendly room showed a lot of leftover pet hair on tiled bathroom floor/ bathroom heater from previous guests, and guest room itself was carpeted and trapped some dander or dust that had me sneezing a bit.

Overnight stay to ski in...

Liked: Only thing that I liked was it was reasonable. Not super cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. I’m really not sure how this was rated so high by previous customers. But this place was gross. We did not partake in the breakfast. They claimed to have a pet area. But the pet area was so full of dog poop. There were huge piles of poop you could barely walk in there without stepping on poop. It’s unfortunate that most travelers don’t pick up after themselves, but the facility themselves should’ve cleaned up all of the poop. It Was disgusting. There were broken grills. It looked like it was sitting next to a dump yard. They obviously have no leash law because the group 2 doors down for us had three large dogs who did not seem aggressive, but yet were intimidating to our small dog as they came charging towards us. People need to be respectful of other travelers. With their loud voices and partying and their unleashed dogs. Luckily, we were only there for one evening. Our room was clean, but the temperature and there was so warm. I even turned the heat off and it’s still was very warm. The floor was carpeted being a pet room was kind of yucky Didn’t smell, but it was still don’t walk around without your slippers on. The staff was friendly. It is a little outside of town if you’re wanting to go towards Crested Butte. I don’t think I’ll stay here again. The poor maintenance of the grounds did it for me .

Liked: Literally nothing
Disliked: The staff was sloppy. The room was not clean. The pillows had stains, the comforters were a wrinkled mess. There was a bloody booger on the wall and pop dropped down the door. We were charged $100 on booking and they were only charging $54 a night at the actual site. We ended up not even staying. We checked out and didn’t get a refund.
