I entered the room to...

Disliked: I entered the room to the unmistakable odor of an OZONE machine having beem used in the room minutes before I got there . All night the room flooded with insence , pot smoke and cigarettes...I left in the morning feeling sick like I was poisoned...If I could afford a lawyer I would get one ...I dont think OZONE machines are legal in this setting !! I reported this to the front desk (over the desk phone ) She was aloof and affened at the same time

Disliked: Only one employee and the room wasn’t ready. When we wanted to check out staff wasn’t at front desk We called the number for assistance. No answer. So we couldn’t get our receipt. Also couldn’t drink the water. Pipes bursted .. so we chose not to shower.
